EFT Tapping Therapy

I am due to complete my EFT Tapping Therapy training in London in 2 weeks.

My father runs an alternative therapy health centre in East London where I will be available to provide EFT therapy.  If East London is too far, then I am often in central London and can schedule an appropriate time and place for a therapy session.

Contact me for details and to discuss options.

What amazes me about EFT tapping therapy is that it combines many therapeutic disciplines into a very fast working technique to balance the emotions.

Stress. Anxiety. Depression. Even physical pain.  I have worked with several therapists recently and have helped them to rapidly alleviate some of their own conditions, including:

Reduction in sharp wrist pains caused by a recent fall (middle aged lady who was left with her wrist in a cast just 2 weeks ago!)
A guy who suffered an embarrassing episode whilst in an interview for Oxford University. He was so embarrassed by what had happened that he felt ashamed from his father.  But literally within 30 minutes, during the first EFT tapping session, his embarrassment reduced down to ‘practically nothing’ and he realised that the main concern was actually his underlying disappointment with himself.  We didn’t have time in that session to work in his new found underlying disappointment, but his progress with the embarrassment factor left him elated and peaceful in an area of his life that had been gnawing at him for months.
Why do I endorse EFT?

It took me 5 years to finally get around to giving EFT a fair try.

I have a passion for therapy, having studied CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) as part of my Psychology A-Level, buying many more books on CBT and therapy in general, than was necessary for the course.

Coming from a ‘broken home’ I also have experienced my fair share of councelling and family therapy.

Fascinated by linguistics (the structure and effects of language) via the likes of Alfred Korzybski, I discovered NLP (neuro linguistic programming), with its applications in therapy, including Ericksonian Hypnosis.

To cut a long story short, everything that I have experienced and discovered about psychology, therapy, and mind power can be brought to bare within the incredibly simple appearing method of Emotional Freedom Technique tapping.

What’s more… and what finally tipped me over the edge to investigate EFT properly… was all the various endorsements from people that I respect, including medical doctors, best selling authors, and good salt-of-the-earth honest people.

And now I have experienced the benefits myself, delivered those benefits for a small but growing number of people (100% success rate so far!), and am finalising my formal certification as an EFT practitioner.
